This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service (Section 5, Pricing, billing, refunds) and restates it here for easy reference.
30-day refund
If you are unhappy in the first 30 days of a paid subscription, email [email protected] and we’ll refund the most recent payment in full, no questions asked.
60-day money-back on annual plans
Annual subscribers get an extended 60-day window from the date of purchase.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refund outside the windows above.
